so ive searched and heard alot of responses to this outside of H-T...
but the question is... mugen style lips from ebay never fit properly? most of the time i hear it has to be modified to get it on and after its on, it doesnt look clean?

they fit fine, it just all depends, ive seen tons of them for civics integras and accords, and ive never seen anyone actually have a big problem putting them on, sure there is the usual twist and tug but other then that fitment isn't horrible

 

I have a friend that has a "type R" lip, fits perfect. And the other hommie has a "mugen style" that fits just as perfect. You may need to do some adjustments if you buy a lip from a wrong model, like 96/97 to 94/95. It will fit, but that would need some adjustment like I said.
