B20/LS TB on a D16y8

B20/LS TB on a D16y8
I just turboed my sohc. I realized that i have an LS and a B20b throttle body sitting in my garage. Would i benefit by putting them on my y8. Yes, obviously its better to have a bigger TB, but would the tb's be so big that i would need to port match the intake manifold? And for the record which is bigger, or are they the same? I searched but conflicting answers
