HEY HONDA-TECH members...I HAVE ANOTHER IDEA..BUT NEED YOU GUYS HELP....I HAVE A B16 MOTOR AND HYDRO TRANNY...AND I HAVE A B18 MOTOR AND CABLE TRANNY...CAN I JUST SWAP TRANNY AND RUN A B18 MOTOR WITH HYDRO? DO I HAVE TO DO ANYTHING INORDER FOR IT TO WORK?...OR CAN I JUST UNBOLT THE TRANNY BOLTS AND SWAP TRANNYS?SINCE ITS A B-SERIES...and would all the LS mounts fit into my del sol?(side and back mounts)

PLEASE HELP ASAP....THANKS

thats a bit complicated, i herd going from cable to hydro, hasport has kits for that but inorder to do that, u will ahve to attach the tranny cable to the petal. try and find a cable petal, dont forget to take out ur clutch master cyclinder,
i dont understand why u just dont drop in the hydro tranny, save alot of work, time and money

Actually you can buy that kit from hasport and still keep the slave cylinder and all... you just attach the slave drive to the brakcet hasport built and connect it to the lever on the cable tranny. ITs pretty simple and not a hard conversion to do. Id go for the cable tranny.

actually u can get a kit from JDMSHIT.COM...ive done this b4 and i didnt really like it...u can keep everythin the way it is and donthave to change anything...hasport makes a kit thaT is really nice but its really expensive...the kit JDMSHIT has is cheap but kinda hard to install...i would say keep it hydro...if not buy the hasport kit.

thanks a lot...i really like cable but it seems like its too much work..from reading everything here...i think ill just keep it hydro...thanks a whole lot...wouldnt have made up my mind without you guys...
