I recently got a pair off gsr cams and after final inspection i saw what looks like "crane cam" etched in the bottom of both cams? That seems odd to me that crane make oem cams. Does anyone else have crane on the OEM cams?

no got them from a repected person off ebay.

 

i cant see OEM cams having crane written on them. i dont think they are GSRs

 

crane does not make oem cams. My dseries and bseries or H series cams that I have seen do not have Crane on them so there it is.

here's the part # that's etched in 253-0012. i searched it and came up to be a crane vtec forced induction cam for $467, so if this is true i'm happy with my $100 purches.

 

rock on then...im not sure how the crane's compare to the GSRs though. worst case, re-sell them as cranes and buy the GSRs youwanted. either way you'll come out on top,
