Default 2006 Civic Sedan Question

Hey guys im new here to the boards, My girlfriend currently owns a 2006 Civic Sedan. Sometimes when we go out driving theres this annoying beeping sound from not having your seatbelt on. Now i know seatbelt is a must and everything and i myself use it almost all the time, but my question is, how can i disable that annoying beeping sound ?

Thank you.

You can easily disable it by wearing your seatbelt!!!!

You and your g/f can commit suicide if you want. But you need to wear those belts.
The beeper is buried in your gauge control module. And disconnecting the switch will set an SRS light (even less protection in an accident)
Like I said before people that don't wear their seatbelt are a dying breed.

Yea, i would recommend you wear your seatbelt. Lets just say, if you get into an accident, you wouldnt want to survive.

Even if you do disconnect your seat belt light..you airbags wouldn't open up in an accident if you're not wearinga seat belt...my advice...no one's too cool for seat belts!!

just wear your seatbelt. you dont want to scramble to wear it once your going to hit a truck going 50 and about to crash. its your life, and doesnt cops pull you over if you dont wear it? what is it? 101 bucks "click it or ticket"?
