Is it happening when you are taking off? If so its your axles and/or wheel bearings.

Throw out bearing doesn't click. If it's worn it should have a scraping sound. Anyways changing the throwout bearing is easy but the hard part is to remove the transmission. So whaat I recommend is changing your clutch/flywheel. Most kits come with throw out bearings also.

if the throuwout bearing doesn't click y suppose that it should be the axels.
