ok well I guess I got a few rock chips in my car over winter and the salt got to it. Now my question it they are the size of like 2 grains of salt is there any way to just get rid of it instead of painting the entire food and quarter?

 

Ive got loads of these on my hood/roof. Also very interested

yeah, there has to be something you can do instead of painting everything. I hope someone knows.

 

i have some too...i was going to use a brillo pad and then some touch up paint...

 

Sand it down, prime and touch-up. Mask off the surrounding area as to not damage the paint that doesn't need to be sanded.

how shall I sand like the spot of a tip of a needle? Sanding would be like a 2inch by 2inch spot and that would look tacky
