Default Journal scarred, reusable?

I'm rebuilding this engine because of bad rings, but when I had a closer look at the #2 rod journal I got aware of this mark. It doesnt "catch" my fingernail, but I can feel the surface is not as smooth as the rest of the journal. The rod bearing looks like the rest of the bearings, only normal wear. Can I just reuse the crank or do I have to get it to a shop for resurface?

Thanks

i would have the crank journals lightly micro-polished. then have the correct bearings measured and selected.
