You can get tires cheaper by having them shipped. Any mechanic can mount and balance them for you.
Most brands (including Kumho): Tire Rack
Falken: Vulcan
Toyo: onlinetires.com
The Tire Rack has thousands of recommended installers across the country, where you can have them shipped and then go there for mounting. Go to their website and click on "Installation".
