Default throttlebodys....

what throttle bodys are out there that would give me the best bang fro my buck...i know i wont get great amounts of horsepower but i just want something i can do to my motor that is cheap....ive heard of like gsr throttle bodys gettin put on the d16a6 that i have in my 89 si...hey guys help me out let me know thanx

the car is an 89 civic si with
intake, header, exhaust and spark plug wires...nothing else let me know thanx

only throttle bodies that bolt onto the D16A6 intake manifold are the D16A6, D16A1 and ZC - they are all the same - B-series or 92-up D-series throttle bodies won't bolt on

You can put a B series on search on a how to

best bet is really just send it to be bored and P&P TB doesn't make many gains but it does smooth up feeling best bet is also to have it portmatched to your intakemanifold.

x2... you could always just upgrade to a z6 i/m and use one of those t/b

well i have a b series Tb in my SOHC ZC but is on a POS intake mani you all may know the name of it is an OBX
