Default Suspension Problems HELP!!

Ok, it appears I have a problem and an interesting story behind this problem so here goes:
(car is 1989 crx)

I got omni power sleeves for christmas and installed them on the car and lowered it all the way(car was pretty slammed). Then to fix the camber problem I bought Ingalls Adjustable Ball Joints, well while I was at college (no tools here in my dorm) I had them installed and the mechanic broke my upper control arm trying to press the old ones out, so he replaced the the STock UCA with an aftermarket one to work with the Ingalls BJ but did not install the BJ cause I thought he was an idiot and figured i would have the work done back home in Anderson, SC.

Ok next step, I have the car taken back home to be worked on by someone my dad knows (keep in mind I dropped the car off and then came back to college). So they guy puts the new ingalls bj's on and then says it looks good.

Ok so me and my dad meet to switch cars again (cause I had my mom's car) and when I see the car it looks HORRIBLE!! The front is jacked up about 1.5 inches higher than before and the camber on one of the wheels was going OUT and not IN(like before). As for the rear, he put something on only ONE of the wheels in the rear to fix the camber and that Raised IT UP about 1 inch and left ONE REAR TIRE SLAMMED (because I had the coilovers lowered down all the way)).

So here I am looked at my crx which has 3 wheels jacked up, 1 with camber going out, and 1 wheel slammed!.

I tell my dad this looks HORRIBLE and to take it back to this guy to fix it. The mechanic tells me he did NOTHING to raise the height of the car and he is sorry that one rear wheel is tucked into the fender so he offers to raise up the coilover to accamadate for the difference.

So right now I am arguing with my parents who don't know that much about cars about the fact that the car is screwed up!

What should I DO?????

Thanks,
