i have a 99 lx sedan with a d16y7

i was thinking about doing some things here and there

i wanted to know what is the best head i can throw on there. i was thinking about a y8 head, but i am wondering if i could do better. also, what about other things like intake manifold, and trottle body?

i dont know too much about all this so im tryin to learn. it would be great if someone can point me in the right direction on how to do this stuff. thanks.
