i currently have an ef with 96 to 98 oem itr suspension set-up.
i want to lower my ride hieght by changing the springs.
Any suggestions?
What spring rates would i b looking at?

i had a question. im tryin to do the same setup, itr suspension on my crx. which shock did u use in the rear and in the front? and do use get the gsr brake pads or the usdm brake pads? anything i need to know about this swap as in modifications or etc.???
