Default throttle body upgrade.. worth it?

i have a gsr with a sk2 IM and sk2 stage1 cams and the basic ihe with a chipped p28 ecu and the car really hauls ***. im wondering what should be my next upgrade for more power? how about a bigger throttle body? mess with my cam gears? suggestions plz

I would suggest both...they will give an noticable extra.....

Either a Type R throttle body or send yours out to MaxBore. I would recommend investing in a very good header before spending money on a TB.

i already have dc 4-1 if thats not good enough then whats good that'll give me nice gains?

If it has the JDM 2.5" collector then it's not bad. If it's the USDM collector then you need to upgrade. I would recommend a Hytech, SMSP, DTR, etc. If you search you will find a ton of posts on this. You're also going to spend $900+ on a good header.

damn thats expensive. i mine as well use all of that money and get me a set of jdm ITR pistons and rods for more compression

do you plan to pass smog? lol i think the butt dyno would say a new tb and changing cam timing will help. i say get a tune too.

With those cams a good throttle body will make a difference, creates more all around flow. I would suggest maybe a 62mm TB and port match the IM, you'll feel a difference.
