Default B18C1 - high steady idle?

So i felt like raping my car a few times on my way home. total of 3, 1 topping out 2nd, 1 middle of 3rd, and 1 topping 3rd, in that order. once I got about a block away from home, i came to a stop sign, and i noticed something wasn't right. my car was idling way up at 2k. im like wtf and continue home. it drives fine, no stuttering or dieing.. its just once i put the clutch in, it goes straight to 2k. it turns off and on just fine.

i checked for vacuum leaks, any leaking oil or coolant, anything out of the ordinary.. nothing. the check engine light does not turn on, but i haven't checked for codes. my sister's bf who doesn't know too much about honda's (but does know some things) said to try "plugging that hole in the bottom off the intake.. err the throttle body yea and see if that settles it down".. idle control port/hole or something? i have no idea wtf happened.

i just hope nothing is broken

OBD-1 B18C1, N/A

Cliffs: car has steady idle @ 2k. no leaking of oil, coolant, or vacuum leaks. haven't checked for codes but check enging light aint on.

yea that's the IACV hole. if you plug it in is should come down otherwise you got a leak.
