whats up HT, I just installed my exedy stage 3 clutch with 8lb flywheel, and everything was going cool, I have 429 miles on the new stuff, and I have MAJOR wheel hop due to terrible mount bushings. Today I some-what launched the car like an idiot becasue I was pissed off and this ******* was about to rear end me so I took off out of the way, and later today I started off in first and heard and felt this loud, hard vibration. I'm thinking I might have broken a motor mount due to my crappy bushings. Any help would be helpful. Thanks in advance!

btw it does it in first, second and a little bit of third. The car still pulls to redline just with this vibration, im stumped. its a stock D16z6
I'd definitely check the motor mounts. The lower driver-side mount is a piece of crap. It breaks easily, and when it goes, the car will shake like nothing else.
When mine broke, the car vibrated like crazy at idle and slowly smoothed out at about 4000rpms. Cruising at 4k rpms on the freeway made the vibration unnoticeable.
