you don't need any backing plates for sub frame reinforcement?

i heard somewhere, the itr sway bar may rip a hole in the frame!? is this true?

I think the tie bar kinda helps from subframe tear out...Im not sure...

But you will have a subframe tearout if you mount the type r sway bar away from the subframe!!!!!!!(like in the website)

is there a proper way then?
I went to my local dealer and gave me some part#'s that may need changing but not sure?
