Valve adjustment on D15

What is the lash for adjusting the valves and what can I do on the tapping noise too because I hear the valves when I take off quick.

isnt it .
.007-.009 intake.
.009 -.0011 exhaust.

I don't know about the tapping, maybe they are loose?

which valves are the exhausts and which ones are the intakes valve. And this is measured by metric
