Which FITV for Blox IM on a GS-R?
I'm going to be installing a Blox intake manifold on my 99 GS-R soon. I know there are two different designs of Honda FITV (fast idle thermovalves), and that the stock GS-R IM can accept either.
Does anyone know which style of FITV I need for the Blox single-runner IM?
Thanks in advance.

96+ GS-Rs (OBD2) have the FITV on the IM, not the TB.
I'll be swapping to a 64mm-bore EK Civic Si throttle body.
I talked to Redzone and they said that there is no hookup for the FITV and I won't need it.

the FITV is on the throttle body not the IM, it has nothing to do with what IM you use. It goes under the TB where the coolant loop is. There is no FITV on an SI TB. FITV's are only for OBD 1.
Follow-up question....
Am I forced to use a GS-R throttle body with this manifold? It's not a big deal since I can get it bored to 64mm; I'm unsure as to whether or not the coolant lines will line up.

The FITV is located on the bottom of the throttle body, the IACV is located on the back of the intake manifold. 96+ or OBDII cars use the IACV to pre-warm the car which replaces the FITV on ODBI cars.
The best way to check if the coolant lines will line up is to take a look at the throttle body and intake manifold.

Easier said than done....I don't have any of the parts yet and I can't afford (monetarily and time-wise) to be buying parts and reselling them to get another. I just want to get it right the first time.
Can anyone confirm or deny that the B16A2 throttle body will not have any issues with coolant lines and other goofy holes not lining up?
