Default Is this a good time to replace my front wheel bearings?

In a week or two, I'm going to be doing a lot of drivetrain work to my car:
- no-grinds Z6 tranny
- new axles
- Brembo slotted rotors, Axxis Metal Masters pads, fluid (duh)
- replacing broken front wheel stud

Should I replace the wheel bearings while I'm in there, or is it not worth it if they're in good shape?

if you can get the new stud in without pressing out the hub, which always screws up the bearing.
Then I don't see a need to replace the bearing. What mileage do they have on them?
