trannnies...

what are the differences in d series transmissions? i mean the number of teeth on the main shaft. will a 88' hf tranny fit on a 90' hf?

i believe the only differences are in the gear ratios. hydraulic and cable splines are different but they will all bolt on any d series motor, you just need the right clutch.

dammit i need a new clutch too...oh great...never mind, im going to wait until i get an si tranny then. i'll just let the other one tick.
