Alright guys, i was just qouted $4500 basically for a complete change over and to fix a couple little dents. The car is pretty much stripped so all they have to do is sand, tape, and paint. To me it seems a little expensive, what do you guys think? Please post a pic of your paint, what all the body shop did, and the price. thanks

 

that is alot. here in so cal we carge around 2 grand with bodywork!

2 grand for body work, door jams, engine bay, and inside? I just dont see why they wanted so much. its not like they have to disassemble anything, its all stripped.

 

4500!! whoa! My bodyman will paint two cars for that amount and that is with fixing dents shaving etc.

 

90% of people in socal will say "M.O.B"

 

From what i know they say a realy paint job costs around $4000 to $5000. Thats if you want the perfect oem match.
