I got a 97 ek lowered on ein s techs. Im still using the stock shocks. What are some signs of the shocks going out?

 

uncontrolled bounciness, like after you hit a large bump, the car will continue to bounce up and down and up and down and oscillate a few times before settling down. Also a symptom of an underdamped setup, but its much more pronounced when your shocks are straight-up blown.
also check for fluids leaking out of the shock.
