Default what b16a to get for my crx swap?

I want to do a b16a swap in my 91 crx dx. I want to turbo it later so I want to run obd1 for tuning. If I use a sir-1 engine it will work with a obd1 ecu if I use a obd1 distributor, injectors, and 4wire o2? Reason I ask is because sir-1 longblocks are alot cheaper than obd1 and newer ones.

Yes, you can use OBD0 engine block with swapping over the dizzy, injectors, ECU & 4 wire O2 -along with the conversion from DX to Muilt-point injection
