Default Ground Control w/Koni "Perch Settings"

I've searched the forum for recommendations on which perch setting to use on the koni yellow shocks. I'm installing 400F 450R spring rates. Is the middle perch setting best? This car is a daily driver with auto X during the summer. Also, since I'm not going to use top hats what is the optimum ride height? Not into the slammed look.....handling is the priority! Thanks.

The circlip groove perch locations are close enough together on teh konis and the GC sleeve is long enough that which groove you put them on is nearly immaterial. I normally move the cirlip to the lowest groove location when installing a threaded sleeve system and go from there but it won't matter unless the threaded perch is at the very, very bottom of the threaded sleeve.

For best handling and acceptable ride, lowering the car in the 1.75 inch from stock rangewould be a good target. After loaning my '98 Civic coupe to a magazine, I raised it from a 2.25 frop to 1.75 and we were amazed at how much better the car rode and handles immediately.
