Avatar Question

This may be a weird question but how do you get a normal pic to fit as your avatar??? I can't figure it out for some reason??? Anyone???

At the upper right, click on My Profile and then on the next screen click on Avatar.

I did that but it says my pic is too big and i dont know how to make it the right size???

load the picture into almost any picture editing program and resize it there.
