I have a CVT trans in my hx that is dying, I dont want to put another one in my car cause it sux and is real expensive. Do I have any options for the new trans or am i stuck with the CVT.

Also if there are other options, what will they cost me?

i also need an answer to this question. does the dx, cx, or ex tranny works with the hx cvt? please do not guess if you don't know anything about the hx civic cvt. i don't want to blow my money buying a different tranny if it won't work.
