Where to buy 4" exhaust flanges?
You might have to call a steel company, I just did some searching around for ya, and could'nt find jack. Is a V-band a possiblity? They do make those up to 6", and what about a really short merge pipe, 3"-4"? Just trying to help, good luck.

Why a 3 bolt, do you already have a 4" 3bolt flange you are connecting too? If you can't find one you could shave out the inside of a 3" 3bolt flange with a porting bit, or just buy 2 4" 4 bolt flanges and go from there.
I have a 4" DMH cutout im using and its flanged for the 3 bolt....i have a 3" flange laying around ill see if i can shave 1/2" off. If not i might have to modify a 4 bolt if possible

Chances are, there won't be enough meat between the exhaust and bolt holes to open up a 3" flange.
Sorry on the links above, it was the best I could find on a quick search. If you've got one laying around, I guess there is no saying you couldn't cut one out of a plate yourself, though. It's a lot of cutting/drinding/drilling, but it definitely could be done.
