They are waranteed against DOA. And come with support.
Prices are for P28 ecus or P06 converted ecus, look at my vouches for feedback! Ask for other ecu options.

I was going to buy NepTune but I am going to wait until the RTP comes out, if I buy an S300.....does this include the ECU or do I have to buy the socketed ECU also?

I don't believe the S300 includes an ecu. It comes with the parts to socket your ecu to accept the S300 though.
