i've PM'd him for days and hit him on AIM for the last week and NO response, now he has blocked my IMs on AIM. i sent this guy money for an ecu and its been over 2 weeks and we are both on the east coast, it does NOT take this long for a package to get here, even if they dont ship it promptly.

before i contact paypal i was hoping that someone here can tell him that i want my ecu or get him to contact me
