4 point front lower tie bar question.
Hey hows it going. So I need to buy a front lower tie bar and I want to get something really nice. I was planning on buying a cusco one. Then I saw these 4 point lower ones on ebay and I just wanted to get some views on them. Heres the link to them http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...wItem Personally I don't think it will be to good but I wanted to see if anyone out here has used them. So please post some experiences and some views. O heres the pic just incase the ebay link doesn't work. THX.
O so far for suspension i'm running kyb agx, tenzo coilovers, skunk 2 front and rear upper strut bar, tcsportline rear lca, tcsportline rear tie bar, tcsportline rear sway bar, and a proam front traction bar.

yeah I was looking on modacar and they have one made by nrg I think I might get this one http://www.modacar.com/product....html But keep posting the comments I wanta hear some more views.
have one on my 00 coupe, not ebay, but def. inproved the "stiffness" of the front end... on second hand.. my car is only 3in off the ground, so on speed bumps it does scrape! this could cause bending of the brace and it will rattle on your header...but if you can avoid that, definately worth it
i use a cheap 2 pt one it can move it a bit since my car is low. the 4 pt is cool but since it has no play its a no go if your ride is low

i dont get all these bars.......i mean how stiff do you really need your car to be? especially the front...
and if you dont have a front sway bar, i'd think that would be your first priority, at least a stock integra one...
but good luck in whatever you choose.

Ok that bar that Kaiba has pictured is an ebay one that sucks ***. Its made from cheap material. If u look closely at it, u can see the dimples where it was bent into shape by the manufacturer. The bar hits the header because u can see where it arches up in the center, not flat. He scratches everywhere because he is running 13's. I have a 4 pt brace too and i rarely scratch it. My car is on 15's with 205/50 tires on them and dropped with a 1 finger gap on all wheels. i probably scratched it 6 times and had it for almost 2 years.
The best 4 pt brace would be the NRG ones, and I'm not just saying this because i sell them. I am using one now. They are constructed of T-6061 aluminum. They weigh 3.5 lbs in box with packaging material. The bends are clean, no dimples where the bends are. The NRG one is also model specific. 92-95 EG/ 94-01 DC and 96-00 EK, not one size fits all like on ebay. Plus the fitment is excellent, its guaranteed to fit, so long as u dont have a twisted crossmember. No need to mod like ebay or megan racing braces. Check out the pics

H-brace rear mount, notice the thickness and quality

Speaking of fitment. The only problem i encounter was this one.

What's wrong with you guys? We want them as stiff as humanly possible.
Stiff enough to rattle the fillings loose.
rukawa1one thanks for that input, that makes me want to get one of those...

Then the thread creator should be some REAL coilovers and shocks if he wants something stiffer. Like some custom rate GC's on Koni yellows.
