90 CRX HF vs DX
Gearing, weight, seats, rear wiper, rear cargo area, AC, tilt, HP, 16V vs 8V, front bumper support, impact areas, spindles, brakes, axles and I'm sure there are more.

so if i was to swap a d16z6 motor in a HF it would be better and easier? does the HF have rear disc brakes? or is that just SI's
I got a complete d16z6 engine that i want to put in with 92 civic axles, this engine and axles and everything is coming off of my ef9 DX that got in a accident from the back so the engine is fine and i got a HF CRX now and i was wondering would it be a easy swap?

Dont know how it would be easier, but a z6 will definately give you more power than the b7.
Only 90-91 SI had rear disc.
The front brakes on the HF are really small. I'd look into upgrading them as well if you're going to put in a power house like a z6.

should i take the DX brakes and put them on the HF?
cause i practicly have a ef9 DX with a z6 motor and i can take all the parts from that, like i got a SI guage cluster, si seats, and wat stuff from the DX should i get to put on the HF besides the Z6 motor i got

Yeah swapping into the HF is easier obviously because it already has mpfi...
Take the D16z6,DX 5spd tranny,dx brakes, hubs, axles and put it on your car..Dont get me wrong you can use the hf brakes, hubs, axles with the new engine,,But the Dx brakes are larger and the axles are stronger....And if you ever want to swapp b-series or whatever you dont need to change the hubs again..

sorta a noob at all this but what is a hub?
and all i need to do the d16z6 swap is take the jumper harness, and then change the injector clips and use a distributor adapter from rywire?
and the ride is realy nice and smooth cause i got kyb shocks, are those swapable too?

The hub is what the wheel attaches too. Also the rear disc brakes really don't do anything for you. I would just upgrade to DX/Si hubs/spindles or a set of 90-91 Civic Ex spindles a good set of pads and Brembo blanks. Don't waste your time on slotted or cross drilled rotors.
That would be a good swap for a HF.

Yeah you can change the shocks..And if you going with rywire you get their obd1 conversion harness, distributor adapter,,,Then get a heated 4 wire o2 (if the motor didnt come wit it)..And of course an obd1 ecu..
