New Konis, springs now sit loose at full extension - anything I can do?
Didn't realize that damn Konis have such long piston rods. My rear Progress springs don't touch the spring seat at full piston rod extension. Am I stuck having to enlist a buddy to help me guide the springs into the seats everytime I have to raise and lower the rear? Any way to make things easier?
The springs are only a ~1.5" drop and they fit perfectly on Bilstein Sports.

people with coil overs have that issue, when all the way up, teh coil is so short it falls down a lot, at least on teh ones i've seen, eibach slip overs

I've got Konis and GCs and they come full loose with the car on a jack. They find their way back into the seats correctly when I set the car back down though.

Are you sure the spring perches are on the correct setting? If there are two cir-clip grooves on the shock body, the top groove is "normal". If there are three grooves on the shock body, the middle one is "normal". You could be on the "lowered" groove. Koni does not recomend using lowering springs on that setting...
PS: I have had my GC spirngs NOT seat properly when lowering the vehicle back down. It's scarry when they POP into place as you pull out of the driveway.
You should always make sure they seat correctly...
