anybody have these?? im deciding between rota slipstreams and OZ superleggeras in 16x7 size....at MODACAR.com, the slipstreams are like 125 per wheel.. are the rotas any good?? also I have a clover green pearl GSR, do you guys think they will look good?? anybody have pics of them on your tegs??

how much do superleggeras weigh in 16x7. I think the superleggara (damn, a PITA to type) in silver would pretty nice on your car. It's also different from all the other cars out there w/ slipstreams/desmonds/spoons and you wouldn't be sacrificing much weight either since they're pretty light. If you go w/ slipstreams, silver, white, or gunmetal would look nice, IMO. Sorry, no pics. Try going to tirerack.com and play with the config thing. HTH.

get the rim YOU really want.
i think the rota's will be alot cheaper though..
more money for other mods...

oh yah one more thing..i think the gunmetal slipstreams would look good on your teg...
some guy in the type r forum posted pics of his phoenix yellow R with gunmetal slipstreams on em....check it out...looks nice...although his tires are a lil big...

nice ride.... OZ's are nice... whats the weight on them... slipstreams are like 16lbs i think...

 

I personally don't like the OZ's, something about the spacing between the spokes is just weird to me.

 

The OZ wheels will look alot better. There is a guy that comes to our local shop with a white integra with superleggeras and it looks really nice. OZ all the way, i would get a set but they are $$$.

The 17x7 Superleggera are 15.1 lbs.

 

Definitely the oz's, really nice light wheel with an excellent build quality(not putting rota down, just reinforcing OZ)

 

15" slipstream are 12 lbs, 16" Slipstreams are 14.5 lbs.

I have the Slips on my car and for the money it's a great wheel. Superlaggers also are really tite too!! For me if a had a black car then OZ superlagger would look perfect on it, but you've got to like the style and not just the name too.
