It is difficult to help you out without a more detailed description of the noise. First, please ensure that EVERYTHING was tightened properly. The kit comes pre-assembled out of the box but nothing is tightened. Also ensure that the upper spring seat is seated properly. If you remove the upper spring seat and flip it over you will see that it is grooved. There is a matching groove on the piston shaft. These two must line up correctly or there will be noise problems. Please contact TEIN USA at 562-861-9161 so we can assist you further.
