Well I would stay away from the greddy kit. Reasons being is that they just do not make the power other kits out there do. On top of that, it is flanged for their stuff too. Don't get me wrong... they spool fast and are very efficient at what they do. But with something else.. you have alot more room to upgrade.
I put together a kit for around $1,100 just by looking on here and buying what I can second hand. And they are good parts

If I had to choose between those 2 I would get the turbonetics kit seeing how they actually make a turbokit for the 88-91 civic/crx with a B16a engine..And greddy doesnt..
I agree with badboyr66 though, you can piece together a better and more complete kit for less money ..

It's the kit for the 88-91 cars with the b-series engine.? If so thats a pretty good deal,,Those kits usually go for around $3000 ,,and $3500 for the stage 2 kit...Then theres the vecco kits on ebay that have turbonetics t3/t4 turbo and turbonetics evolution wastegate,,They have no ems or anything and a tiny downpipe..they go around $2000...

be careful that your getting exactly what you want. there have been lots of fake turbos and turbo kits floating around. just make sure you at least know where he lives before you buy it haha.
but yes i would definently buy all the parts and make your own kit. use the classifieds here, and reputable online stores (cheapturbo.com etc), so you don't get ripped off. look for group buys to get all your misc parts cheap.
if you do your own kit you have the oppertunity to make it do exactly what you want. you can grab a turbo that will be good for 250whp, but then if you want more the same turbo will likely support it, depending what your plans are now and your long term goals.
if i were to build my own turbo kit i would go ccfab manifold(ramhorn), ccfab charge/DP, t3/t4 medium trim(around .64), uberdata, somewhere in the 400-500 cc injectors.. bam on stock block, good for around 300 whp or more(if you wanna push the block). upgrade the block and you have some high numbers.

BRE or turboedit can be used with obd0..And peak and hold injectors will work,,thats what you have now..The saturated ones are the different ones and would require the removal of the injector resistor box..You can get some dsm 450cc injectors peak and hold from old turbo eclipse, laser, talon for dirt cheap everywhere,,and they work fine..and Ive seen them handle 300whp ..Pretty maxed out though at stock fuel pressure..
