anybody know how to take off the standard subframe from a vti seat out of a 99 civic most of it is straight forward apart from the subframe forms the hinge for the reclining part of the seat and the outside of the seats have the release mechanism and a piece of coiled metal that helps the seat spring back up i need to know exactly how to take this part off cause i dont want to just start taking pieces of cause the coiled metal looks like it has a lot of tension in it and i dont want it flying off and taking my eye out or something
