I own a 2000 honda civic ex. I pulled the d16y8 out of it because it had a bad piston ring and transmission. I am now in need of another d16y8. I need a complete swap - motor, tranny, ecu, axles, shift linkage, the complete swap. I have been looking all over and seem to come up with nothing. I'm just curious as to where i could find this?

 

Pretty much any junkyard should have what you are looking for. Also, if you wait until you are a full member on here, and you could go to the classifieds and find millions of them. Also, if there are any performance shops around you, they should be able to find one for you pretty easily.

You have to wait I think it's a week now for the trial period to end so that you can post as a full member. Basically it makes you read more than post.
