I'm selling this for my co-worker on ebay & he told me that it was out of a 88-89 Civic, I think he's lying. I wanted to know what model trim this is for (ie. hx, dx, si) The red line is @ 5K oddly low to me.

That's an '88-89 CRX HF cluster. Looks like the pin on the tach that holds the needle at 0 is missing.
