Car does have a slight grind in 3rd gear but I have not tried using syncromesh in the tranny yet.

My old car, oh how i miss that shitttt.

i know the new tranny went in, but im not sure thats how many miles are on that motor.

That was my understanding about the miles on the motor and judging by the condidtion I had no reason not to believe that, but if you have knowledge of the miles then please share it. The motor runs hard and has perfect compression, so I had no reason not to believe the mileage. I mean it is a JDM motor so I don't know if anyone knows the "actual" amount of miles unless you saw the cluster that the motor was used with, but I guess all that really matters is the condition of the motor, which is very good. So let me know if you know the "actual" mileage of the motor, and in the meantime I will modify my original post.

I didnt even realize how low mileage that motor was!
i just looked at my archived forsale post for it, and it had 37k then!
this car is MINT! my friend is actually intrested in buying it and bringing it back to this part of town! where you located at? hes looking for a car this weekend

No problem, I was just going off what I was told, and it seemed reasonable based on the condition of the motor. I am located in Stamford CT which is about 30 min from NYC

Yea I haven't driven the car in a few months, but it drives good. I went through the car and did a couple of things. The axles/rims/tires/headgasket are new. Adjusted the valves and fixed some things in the suspension, changed the valve cover, fixed the speedo, fixed the exhaust, got a different chipped ecu and burned my own chip (which is just a nice basic tune, I could spend some more time and get a little more from the motor). I also have a power steering pump and a/c parts to put back in for the new owner.

I mean the car isn't perfect as it is a 91, it has some dings and bumps but I mean for the price its pretty damn good.

Bring your own wheels for $2900, or I can put a set of 14" delsol wheels with questionable tires on the car
