hi
i was going fast and i hit a bump and 3 of my wheel studs broke .. lol now I 'am trying to replace them .. but I have one question do I need to remove the wheel hub to replace them .. I try to take em out but I couldnt do it bc there was no room in the back of the hub to pull them out

I did a little diagram so u guys know what I'am talking about

btw the car is a 90 integra ls front wheel studs

 

musta been one hell of a bump, yeah remove the hub

 

take the spindle out of the hub replace studs repack the wheel bearing and put back in.

 

the hub will have to be pressed out. might as well put in a new wheel bearing while you're at it.

and something had to be wrong with your studs. i've seen wheels shattered into pieces and the studs were still left intact.

 

yea it was dam bump i didnt see from far loll .... well anyways i gess i'll have to remove the hub .. one way or another

 

probably werent on as tight as they should have been....happened to me once
