Well I keep getting asked whats wrong with the car and why the price is so low and if its clean title so I am going to change my asking price to 12,500 or best offer so people will stop asking me these questions...

I am not really sure WHY I am selling it but I am. I have had the car for 3 years and I am just ready to move on. I am not really looking at trades the only ones I might consider are Integra Type Rs, or newer bikes + cash.

I might also consider Type R Swapped EGs but only if they are stock internals with AC

Car comes with factory Si Wheels, the Velox have been sold.
The current Dyno for this car is 196 Wheel and 131 torque. This can easily be raised with a more aggresive tune and a more aggresive set of cams.

I have seen less car go for more but I am being realistic. The car is amazing, I just want back in something stock again.

I think this is an exceptional price for all the work done to the car and all the extras that come with it. The car has less then 80k on the chasis and 15k on the motor.

This car still has AC, Power Steering, Cruise Control, and everything else the car came with from the factory. The AC was just recharged Feb 10th.

Common question: Does the car leak or burn oil?

NO, it does not LEAK oil. Does it burn oil? Yes, if you dont warm the car up for a significant amount of time, it will burn oil. It has remote start so I usually let it warm up about 15 minutes before I drive it. If I do this, it wont burn ANY. I have seen no more oil consumption then a Type R motor if the car is warmed up properly. With remote start this can be done easily.
