GSR, B16, H22 Rocker Arms - Same?

Are the non-vtec lob rockers arms the same for the B16, GSR, and H22? If not, what is different? Thanks!

iirc, the wiper pad arc radii differ between them. i know that the valve/guide angles are different between the b16 and b18c heads, as are the rocker ratios.

How about comparing the H22 to the GSR? I compared two and they look the same.
