running mid 15's now with my ZC putting a 55 shot on it real soon from a ZEX kit what could i look for

Why does everyone automatically say nitrous will blow your motor? That is bullshit. If you have a well tuned WET kit you will be fine. Just dont go crazy with it, as in dont spray every time you get in the car. Dont get a ZEX kit either, they blow. Just pick up a wet fogger, or even better a direct port kit and get on a dyno and tune it. The biggest thing you need is fuel fuel fuel. Fuel pump, FPR, gauge, colder plugs. Just my $.02. not a nos(holley) kit.
its like buying APC stuff for your car.

why is ZEX bad i read alot about it and read alot about other system's and zex's seems the safest what do i do

 

make sure you tune it and also get your self a digtal 6 so you can set your rev limter lower when using nos and retard your timing about 3*

 

thanks alot man for the help for now ill be using a stock fuel system but retard my timming a little and running colder plugs to help out will this be ok for about a moth till i get a fpr?

13.55 on a Z6 SOHC VTEC, soon to be in the 12's on a stock block motor.

I usually get a $5 per bottle discount that I fill besdies mine at local speed shop. Everytime I get there about 3-4 others show up wanting theirs filled also. I usually pay $15 per fill.

 

I have heard that the JG Edelbrock kit is the best for imports because how it is ran. Never seen any data on it though but i would stick with the NOS kit for sure.

ZEX BAD NO NO

 

I heard ***** farts stink.

I also heard that SOHC's are slow.
13.5 slow on stock block with N2O/Slicks.

JG/Edelbrock is a different system REBOXed.

The "best" system would be a 4 port fogger.
