On my 95 turbo'd LS im planning on getting Hasport motor mounts.. since the kit comes with 3 out of the 5 motor mounts (upper tranny, upper motor and firewall) should i worry about the other 2? my lower tranny one is shot, should i just get a oem one and leave it or put inserts in those lower ones as well? thanks

With the hasports you shouldnt need the 2 lower torque mounts.

 

dont worry the other two are torque mounts, their weak anyways, but if your concerned honda sells themfor cheap

 

has anyone used the hasports on their turbo'd car without the lower torque mounts?

 

so with the amt of torque increase from the turbo, should i put new stock lower ones anyways with polyurethane inserts? Anyone with turbo and hasports post pics!!

You don't "need" the lower mounts with the three upper hasports but it's not a bad idea to run the two lower with poly inserts for extra support.

 

I agree. IF you have the money, go ahead and do the lowers. WOnt hurt to have them. But the hasport will most likely need no other support.

Yes and for lower mounts. No need.

 

my car isnt turbod yet, but i have those three mounts in, and new oem lower mounts. you wont need anything more than the hasports, they are already really rigid and are alot storonger than other welded mounts. just be weary that there is vibration coming your way
