Do i need anyhting else???
I am buying a Jdm b16 swap from a guy in memphis tomm. and was wondering what ither things i need to put the swap in my 89 CRX HF., I'm pretty sure i dont have to make any engine bay room...
Ok so i have the complete B16a2 motor, hydrp trans, ecu, axels, wire harness, b-series motor mounts for hydrolic transmission. and what ever shiftlinkage comes with the transmission.
Do i need a conversion harness to obd1 given its an obd1 motor. Will i need a new shiftlinkage. Do i need a cable to hydro transmission conversion?
Right now i have a 96 civic dx motor in it now with stock HF transmission and distributor???please help....thanks in advance

You gotta hammer out a small spot for the alternater to fit.

All B-series swaps require hammering a dent into the frame rail to make room for the alternator pulley.

The B16A2 is an OBD-2 engine.

Yes, and yes.
You're also going to need front suspension knuckles from an '88-91 DX, LX, EX, or Si. HF and STD knuckles cannot be used with B-series axles.
