Default AMSOIL or MOTUL 300v

I had a quick question and wanted various opinions. My ITR has been in storage since Oct 05 and before putting the car back on the road I am wondering if I should switch oil brands. I started using MOTUL 300v last year and have had no issues, however, various articles I have stumbled across seem to point to AMSOIL being a superior product. Not to mention its slightly cheaper and much easier to find.

Does anyone have any experience with these two brands, I was thinking the best time to switch is now since the 300v has had all this time to flow into the bottom of the pan.

Thanks in advance.

I'm no expert on this but I don't think switching oil brands will matter regardless of how long the car has been sitting.

They're both synthetic right? Should be fine to switch anytime.

I have used Motul for a while now. I haven't tried the Amsoil however, they are both really good brands. IMO, pick an oil and stick with it. I don't like to change oil around too often.

Oil is oil man. There should not be any radical changes between one oil to another that will hurt your car if you decide to change.
