Recently found out what happened to 1997 ITR #0002....
I've recently found out that a Local person I know had purchased the first ITR sold to the public in Middletown Ny. The car was totaled by his brother while he was at work, and he was in the hospital for a good 6 months. So for everyone that wanted to know what happened to the first ITR to be sold in America, there ya go.
Interesting Fact : The armrest of #0002 is still floating around in NY somewhere though...thought it would be a cool memoir...
I do believe that #0001 Went to RTR? Is this true?

it wasn't the first ITR to be sold in America, but does/did carry the lowest badge # that was sold to the public.
