Loud Thumps Over Bumps

Loud Thumps Over Bumps
Everytime I hit a bump at high speeds I hear a thump. Should I replace the springs (Arospeed coilovers about 2 years old) or the the struts (Kyb non adjustables about 2 years old) or both? Or is it something more serious?
