Just thought I'd let everyone know I've had my 06' Habenero Si w/nav since friday, parents came over to check it out, and i noticed that my front grill was broken, and Si badge gone..... wonderful, thanks whoever you are out there


Just wondering if anyone else out there has had issues with vandals, or even theft.... hope these cars don't turn into the same theft/vandal magnets as the ITR's are....

that's shitty dude, i'm sorry to hear that....i should definitely keep my Si in the garage instead of the driveway overnight....

post pictures when you can, i wanna see what kind of damage those ******* did

yeah i went to honda today, to get it looked at they ordered the part so hopefully it doesn't take too long, i'm doubtful though, chirst, its hard enough to get the damn car, parts is probably just as big of a PITA..... i'm just gonna let them handle it because my insurance will cover it w/0 deductible.... i still can't find my stupid *** card reader (don't use my camera a lot) but i will post something up asap.

Dude. different vandal but I was driving to my friends house last weekend and there was no truck or any car in front of me, all of sudden I hear like a crack sound and there was a chip and a crack on my wind sheild. **** me oFF!!!!!!

i dnt have an si, but iwas at my shop, and this one guys civic si got keyed in a complete circle, he said his insurance was going to pay for it.

 

I hate to hear that man.

 

the culprits are jealous rsx owners who are mad because they spent more money than they needed to get a hot ride with a nice engine! genocide!

Someone stole my 02 EP3's Si off the front too. this is why i'm going to debadge the rear so I can make sure it's done the right way, without scratching.

 

I can't believe they still debadge emblems, it's so 90's

that made me laugh.... i still haven't gotten to take any pictures, but the woman's comin over tomorrow with her camera/link cable, so hopefully i remember to do it.... i'm not gonna de-badge it, i like how they look....

well i remember some people taking the Si badges and the DOHC stickers off their 99-01 Si's to be all incognegro..... thats why i thought u were saying just take them off.... i washed it about 10minutes ago.. i was pissed off the entire time i was washing the nose section..

 

Sorry to hear! If it makes you feel any better theives don't get punished up here in Canada. At least being in the U.S somebody might catch them and work them over but Canadians are too stupid to realize these kids need a lesson.

i yanked all of mine off the si last week

didn't mess with the front grill yet
HOWEVER i am thinkin of buying ANOTHER si grill and shaving off the mount for the Si badge and painting it

 

this car really is cursed..... some ***** at work today parked almost on top of me, and dented the expletive out of my door, he did it deliberatly.... i knew the truck, so i went to the guy n asked him why if there are so many spots out there, did u have to park right friggin next to me...... he says " u shouldn't take up two spots and i can park where i want" i was like my car is a week old u dented my door, u should pay to fix it, he replied with tough ****.... OK.... i could of told my boss, but screw that, i went right to the president of the companies office and told him what happened suprisingly, he felt really bad for me, he walked with me all the way out to the lot to see the damage.... the president then went to the ***** and told him i was getting my car fixed no matter the cost, and he was paying for it....... the dude got an attitude with the president and was fired on the spot.... (mind you i'm a engineer, so was this guy with 5yrs at the Co), and the cost to fix my door is coming out of his last check..... HAHA guess i won that battle, but it still sucks that i have to even fix it..... plus honda called n told me the grill is in, so monday everything will be taken care of
